Attachment: the application (ForPoland1) and (ForPoland2)is not in MP

steps to reproduce:

1. Open Marketplace via data or WiFi connection
2. Search Test App (ForPoland1)
3. the app is not available in the MP 


expected behavior:

The application (ForPoland1) should appear in the list of search


observed behavior:

the application (ForPoland1) and (ForPoland2)is not in MP


Extra information :


a) Test App (ForPoland1) should be displayed "Search for an app which have Poland as a supported region"

b) Test App (ForPoland2) should NOT be displayed, "search for an app which doesn't have Poland as a supported region"

Also, the first screenshot is incorrect I think.

I can reproduce this issue:

1. Have region set to Poland in your phone
2. Search for "yacht". Notice that Private Yacht shows up in the search results
3. Go to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/app/private-yacht/payments/
4. Uncheck "Poland" from one of the supported countries and save changes
5. Repeat step #2

expected behavior:
Private yacht doesn't show up in the search results

actual behavior:
Private yacht shows up in the search results.

reproducible on desktop too

Basta, this is because we're caching the responses and the old response doesn't have the region exclusion! :boom:

Call me when HTTP requests aren't slow.

This is due to caching - a tradeoff that keeps our marketplace fast.  If you restart the marketplace app your changes will appear immediately.  For 99.9% of users being fast is more useful that immediately showing an update.  -> wontfix
