Steps to reproduce:

Displaying a select list field (Form Element), the order of the select field does not match the given order of the underlying HTML document.


Actual results:

Displays wrong sort order. 
The options are not sorted the same way, they are as in the the underlying HTML Document.


Expected results:

Display option in the same order as the underlying HTML document.
