Steps to reproduce:
You open a Firefox window, turn it to full screen with F11 and click into another window of any program (even another instance of Firefox)
Actual results:
For a part of a second a title bar (title of the page your visiting, minimize and close buttons) looking like an old title bar from Windows 2000 flashes.
Expected results:
The title bar shouldn't have flashed.
