Details

Same problem as Bug 128996, but occurs in Thunderbird 17 (and probably some older versions too). STR: 1. Click on any message in your Inbox, click on Reply 2. Compose a reply, then choose File -> Save As -> Draft 3. Close the window 4. Go to your drafts folder, double-click the draft you have just saved 5. Click on Send 6. Go back to your Inbox 7. Observe the the Replied flag has not been set on the original message

Yes, unfortunately that bug regressed before it was ever released :(
