8765 - Determine final background images and product name for end-user shell screens

The current end-user shell for installing Communicator from a CCK-created CD
image (as provided by Brent on Jukebox: PEQA-BM1\cckstuff\Official Shell for CCK
to Customize) uses the lighthouse background bitmap (shell\bmps\install.bmp).
The second shell dialog we are including (but turned off by default in the
rshell.ini) uses a variation of the lighthouse design (shell\bmps\comm.bmp). The
product name "Netscape Communicator" also appears in both the background bitmaps
and in the caption and dialog_title_text for both dialogs.

We need to determine what changes are required for seamonkey regarding
product-branded art and final product name, so we can make the necessary changes
to the shell background bitmaps and dialog text.

Bijal - please track seamonkey product branding and naming.

Brent will most likely be the person to make the art and text changes to the
shell, since we don't have a graphic artist.

should be finalized by August.

Name will be Netscape Client Customization Kit (CCK).  Not sure what you mean by
background images?  We have received images from Gemma which we provided
feedback on and are waiting for changes.

Icons and background images will depend on Seamonkey's branding.  Shuang
indicated that all this stuff will be done after Beta 1.

This bug was vandalized by a clueless idiot.  I believe I have undone all of the
vandalism.

This does not appear to be a stopper for the M15 checkpoint... so I'm pushing it 
off to M16 (since we're in the M15 stability freeze now).
