Unagi with Book2Gecko 1.1.0.0-prerelease 20130527070208 Gaia UI in German. I set app the Usage app and enabled data reporting with an alert and a monthly limit. Then I opened its settings and the dropdown for the interval showed up in English ("Monthly" instead of "Monat"). After changing it to "Woche" ("Week"), the dropdown value is shown in German, but the preset for the start of the interval is in English ("Monday" instead of "Montag").
Something similar in bug 847165. Not sure if there is a wider scope bug for this (see the [lang-switching] in the whiteboard).

Can't reproduce on Keon with Boot2Gecko 1.4.0.0-prerelease 20140108025022.
