Reassigning to Francis. UX will tackle this after blocking bugs are addressed; those are still our top priority.

I agree with the bug description. If Caps Lock is on, the word suggestions should be in upper case.

To break this down in more detail:

1) If caps lock is on and the user starts to type in a word, the word suggestions should be uppercase.

e.g., if caps lock is on and user types in "UNBELI", word suggestions could be "UNBELIEVABLY" "UNBELI" "UNBELIEVABLE"

2) Similarly, if all the letters have been typed in word are uppercase, the word suggestions should be uppercase, regardless of whether Caps lock is on or off.

One exception to this, however, is if the user started typing with caps lock on and then switches it of, auto-correct should assume that the remaining characters will be lower case.

e.g., if caps lock is on and user types in "UNBELI" but then switches caps lock off, word suggestions could be "UNBELIevably" "UNBELI" "UNBELIevable"

3) If the user types mixed case characters and caps lock is off, the word suggestions should match the case of the characters so far, but assume the remaining characters will be lower case

e.g., user types in "UnbeLI" and caps lock is off, word suggestions could be "UnbeLIeavaby" "UnbeLI" "UnbeLIeavable"

4) If the user types mixed case characters and caps lock is on, the word suggestions should match the case of the characters so far, but assume the remaining characters will be upper case

e.g., user types in "UnbeLI" and caps lock is on, word suggestions could be "UnbeLIEAVABLY" "UnbeLI" "UnbeLIEAVABLE"
