8767 - preferences windows has transparent background

Description

using M7 build ID 1999062113 for win32 on win95 4.00.950.a
screen 1024x768 256colors
displaying an example : debug->viewver demo->basic styles (dont care, any
display will do it)
opening preferences window : edit->preferences : the preferences window opens
with a transparent background, i.e. i see the main mozilla window through it.
If i moves the preferences window, the background of this window, i.e. the part
of the main window, moves with it, as if cut and pasted as real background.
If i resize the preferences window, or if i minimize it and reopen it, the
background is grey (normal)

Duplicate of many other bugs. Marking duplicate of 8753 as no other bug comes to
mind immediately (although 8753 is in turn a duplicate of other, earlier bugs).
