It doesn't show up in the simulator. Not sure in the device?

I get the same issue in my version of Simulator - latest one.
This was caused by a missing icon file. I added it in https://github.com/mozilla/high-fidelity/commit/562a863cc696d1c4b05768f5536ebd890fd25e3b Yay!
