Country tested from: USA

steps to reproduce:
1. Tester has a T-mobile SIM from POland in their test phone
2. While on wifi, start the purchase of a paid app
3. Log in using Persona
4. Enter PIN
5. In the confirm your mobile number screen, change country to Poland, provide correct phone number and click "Continue"


expected behavior:
Bango PIN is sent

observed behavior:
Step fails with "Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later."

Adb logcat shows
Content JS LOG at https://mozilla.bango.net/_/js/main-mt.js:4 in anonymous: ERROR Unexpected error when trying to send non-premium message
On Tmobile Poland SMS are sent using an API provided by TMobile Poland. Bango production is connected to Tmob production, where we are awaiting access to be provisioned.

In the meantime you can test on Bango test platform.
