steps to reproduce:

1- Log in to Marketplace;

2- Search for paid App with price higher than USD 2.00;

3- Click the button with price to start the purchase;

4- At the payment screen, select the CC payment;

5- Fulfill all CC infos: number, expired date and secuity number;

6- Click to buy.


expected behavior:

The purchase is completed without any problem.

observed behavior: The device displays a massage: "Sorry, the payment can't be processed now"

Caused due to bug in Bango CC payment processing around displaying in X currency and billing in Y currency.  ETA: June 6th

Krupa also mentions that this has been seen in more than just Columbia (see comment 3 and comment 4)

This is into Test  and requires testing in all countries. It is part of a wider package so we cannot upload to live until all testing completed of all package. Hoping for 11th June, may move to 13th.

Per Krupa's request, we downloaded Marketplace dev (downloaded on http://people.mozilla.org/~cwiemeersch/mktdev.html)

On the first attempt, the "pricepoint30: $2.99" could be purchased with credit card.
Right after that, we tried all of the pricepoint options and the results were a mix of "Error: Received Bango error" for the attempts. "Lo sentimos, ha habido un problema. Por favor, vuelva a intertalo ás tarde."

The issue was reproduced today.
Felipe (who tried the credit card first) had 100% of failures.
I got 1 Pass, but the other results were fail.
