Custom menu code is getting bigger and bigger. What exactly is a GeckoMenu, GeckoMenuItem, GeckoSubMenu? And what's all these MenuItemDefault, MenuItemActionBar, and MenuItemActionView? And how are they related? Why are we using ActivityChooserModel from Android?

Add enough documentation to make things easily understandable. Rename file names if needed.
