3. Notice the Reset PIN

Should this be centered or aligned right - elsewhere if it's the sole option it's a full width button. Presumably it should also be blue as it's a primary action?

This screen is going to be removed to be replaced by the standard "You entered the wrong pin too many times" as per bug 877739.
