In the dialog in the attachment, the text needs grammatical and stylistic 
changes.

Suggested rewrite: 
"A previous session of Setup did not finish downloading all the necessary files.
Would you like to use the files previously downloaded, to avoid downloading them
again?"

I know that "archive" is what we're really downloading, but "file" gets the
point across clearer to end-users. OK?
