877202 - Remove A/B pages from Bedrock once First Run quantitative testing is complete

A/B URLs from phase 1 testing of First Run have been disabled after GA testing was completed. However, pages will be left in Bedrock until further quantitative testing is done and pages are no longer needed.

Just a reminder that we should (probably?) have the first run pinned tabs videos removed if they don't make it to the winning version of the page.

Version A was declared the winner, and will be tested against the current firstrun page in an upcoming PR. The new test will use a querystring param on the existing firstrun URL (bug 909943), meaning custom A/B URLs can be removed. The B template can also be removed.

The deletions will be made in the afore mentioned upcoming PR.

Remove Fx firstrun test. Bug 877202.

- Removes images, CSS & JS files, & templates.

- Class-based view remains for later use.

- Updated class-based views & tests to use/expect a list
  of template names (conform to django intention)
