Description:
 Nothing happens after the green Call button is pressed.

Repro Steps:
1. Update to Inari 1.1 Commercial Build ID: 20130529070208.
2. Open the Dialer app.
3. Enter a number and press the green Call button in the bottom right.
4. Observe that nothing happens when the button is pressed.

Actual:
Nothing happens when the user presses the call button, leaving the user unable to make calls.

Expected:
A number is dialed when the user presses the call button.
