The webmaker user model has changed to encourage viewing the "subdomain" of a webmaker as their username. 

In the model, it means that what was the `subdomain` field is now the `username` field, and this means all references to `subdomain` (across all apps) must be changed.  

Also, it means that the UX should emphasize that choosing a username creates your subdomain as well - rather than the other way around.

Please file individual bugs for each app, and list them here as blocking this bug so we can keep track of the process.

"As a followup, anything that uses "req.session..webmakerid" based on the information in the login.webmaker.org README.md should switch over to using "req.session.username", too."
