Hi, This requires consent from the person with responsibility for the server. After email discussion relating to the cause for reporting this bug, I know that we are talking about gen open here. Emma is responsible for this server in the eyes of community it. Emma, Are we able to give Willy access to the server, and if so, what permissions shall I give him? You can decide, otherwise I will give him restricted root (no access to edit users, but all other permissions granted)

Hi Willy, Do you want an account for yourself AND for the app? Or just an app-user for the install of the writer mortis application? If the later, Tad we'll need to create a database writermortis with user writermortis (full privileges) and send details to willy. Willy if you feel you need another user to create and administer this and other DBs let us know. Thanks :)
