Description:
In the "To" field of a new SMS, contacts are NOT sorted alphabetically when starting to type in letters.

Prerequisite: Have many contacts stored in the Contacts app. Like "Chris", "Frank", "Matt", "Sam", all with phone numbers associated.

Repro Steps:
1) Manually update to Inari Build ID: 20130515070208
2) Open SMS app.
3) In the "To" field begin typing letters, like "C" for example.

Actual:
The list of contacts is for the most part sorted alphabetically, but the matching one appears at the bottom of the list and thus is not sorted alphabetically. In this example "Chris" appears at the bottom of the list, which is out of being alphabetically sorted.

Expected:
All contacts to be sorted alphabetically.

Hi there - I tried this with variations on the name "Chris" (Christopher, Christy, Christine, Christopher, etc>) and the results appeared in alphabetical order. Would it be possible to provide a screen shot and flag me for a needsinfo?

Also adding Ayman to provide any background information on how this is sorted.

Putting in a c= for sprint tracking on this issue but minusing for blocking since it doesn't seem to have functional impact and we can hold out to see if a partner wants to champion this.

Hey there, can you please provide a screen shot of this error as i am unable to reproduce it

However, what i am am finding is that if I have a contact called 'cris' with a mobile number of '123' (and nothing else in the detail for this contact) and type 'a' in the 'to-field' cris is returned in the results. ....So clearly the autosuggest is currently broken. I have raised a separate bug for this.

Can you NeedInfo me please when you have generated the screenshot so i can look into it again please.
