The promo module "Put a theme on it" should be show when user loads https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/

This is currently not the case

krupa: oh, i know - the modules aren't supported for android

the themes aren't explicitly "for android" so we're not showing them

No, I don't think we need it. There is already a featured theme section.
