Steps to reproduce:

run MozTrap test and failed on case[2] step 4 & step 5

Actual results:

step 4 Email in Digital Signatures field  is unavailable
step 5 can't find three file. →"xpcom.dll", "nss3.dll" and "mozcrt19.dll".
so I can't run procedure



Expected results:

Find the 3 files
and email should show up

This was looked at in Bug 738733. It was determined on 2018-09-17 that the Windows builds are all correctly signed.
