kurir-info.rs serves a desktop site to B2G. Bug 823364 added an UA override for this domain. The override should be removed once the domain serves mobile content to B2G. This bug tracks the evangelism for the site to recognize the B2G UA and the removal of the override at that time.

It's hard to find people who would have been working on this site.
BUT the site has been probably developed in PHP.

The CEO seems to be  Alexander Rodic  http://rs.linkedin.com/pub/alexander-rodic/84/584/84a who is also the registrant for the domain name.

The person in charge of digital properties (iOS, Android, Website, etc.) is Predrag Roganovic

No answer to the email either.

The interesting part is that another Web site of Kurir has no issue.
http://stil.kurir-info.rs/ is Responsive and works well on Firefox OS.

We need to find a better contact.
Adria Media Group is another set of people related to Kurir.
