878320 - Add-ons contest promotion on AMO

We have an add-ons contest running from June 13 - July 18: https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/amp-your-firefox/, and need to promote it on AMO!

We need to time everything to go live on the June 13 push, and come down on the July 18 push:

1) Homepage promo: https://bug867826.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=753432&t=tZwaHHF93y (link to https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/amp-your-firefox)

2) On https://addons.mozilla.org/developers/, replace the editor promo on the right sidebar with the following:

Amp up your Firefox and Win!
Make (or update) an add-on for a chance to win a Macbook Air or Android tablet.
Learn more > (link to https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/amp-your-firefox)

Can we bring back the editor promo on July 18?

3) On https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addon/submit/1, add a promo in the same style as #2, but on the left side.

4) On the "You're done" page of the submission flow, replace the editor promo on the bottom with the following:
 
Amp up your Firefox and Win!
Enter this add-on for a chance to win a Macbook Air or Android tablet.
Learn more > (link to https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/amp-your-firefox)

Would be great if we can bring back the editor promo on July 18.
