Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open Browser Console
2. Turn on "Log Request and Response Bodies" in Net button
3. Open any web page
4. Click GET/POST log
Actual Results:
Main window covers the browser console window
Expected Results:
Main window z-order should not be changed
