Perhaps there is value in adding a option to enable viewport option to Responsive mode. When this option is checked the viewport tag is inserted into the webpage currently viewed in the Responsive mode view. By checking this option, a developer or a manager can quickly see how the hosted design looks with viewport options enabled.
