i love the latest buttons in mail. especially i love the way they change look on mouse over. but to be consistent, the 'delete' and the 'new message' shouldn't be this colorfull (red, yellow/blue) when the mouse isn't over them. By the way, the print button doesn't fit with the other, i think. it shouldn't be colored by mouseover as the whole, but should have a circle or something like the other.
