878845 - Update homepage carousel to announce the coming of new webmaker.org V2

Brett and I discussed the possibility of updating the current webmaker.org homepage before we launch webmaker.org to allow people to know that change is coming.

The best way that we can do this is to use the space currently being used by the carousel.

We can either - add in a new opening image/text or remove the carousel all together and make it one static image/text.

For this we'll need:

* an image 1400x488 (like this - https://www.webmaker.org/media/img/carousel/december_2012/popcorn.jpg)
* title/text description 
* a URL for this to point to - what's our best blog post surrounding the changes?

This is something we can get done fairly quickly when the assets/copy have been provided and should help with the transition from old to new.

On the copy front, my feeling is that we should really stress the following:

 - quickly make & share with your friends
 - join the worldwide party of makers

As we're now days (opposed to weeks) to launching the new webmaker.org I'm guessing that we no longer need to deal with this issue/ticket so closing
