A video window appears in bottom right of Firefox browser and I cannot make it go away. Help, please.

Steps to reproduce:
Tried clicking randomly in the window to close it.
Tried looking at plug-ins - made the blak window disappear but left a transparent one.

Is it the same issue:
1) In safe mode: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode ?
2) With a new profile: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles ?
