The new browser console takes at least 2 seconds to load its items, some times more, making the browser hang in the process. Follow URL for profiler trace.
Thanks for the bug report. Can you please provide some STR? Is this related to bug 877773 ?
STR is simply opening the browser console (I use the familiar CTRL+SHIFT+J). I don't think bug 877773 has anything to do with this.
When you open the browser console pretty much the same happens. So I expect fixing bug 877773 will fix this bug as well. Marking it as a dependency. Once that's fixed, please retest. Thanks!

Yes, bug 877773 seems to be only a small part of the problem with this bug. This bug is, I believe, mainly caused by the way the opening of the browser console works: initialize debugger server, connect to the server, open the new window, load the empty browser console iframe, initialize UI, then get the cached messages.
