When viewing this page in Netscape 6 / Mozilla 5.0 in either Windows or UNIX,
the main content of the page does not load until a second time around. Take a
look. Pull up that URL in either Netscape 6 or Mozilla 5 then hit REFRESH.
You should notice that you have more content the second time around ;) The
weird thing is is that all the code is there when you 'view source' of the page
the first time loading. Netscape 4.x and IE both work fine.

I get a "Forbidden" error when I try to view ther testcase URL
When attempting to load the given test URL, I get a server could not be found
message. This can't be tested. The only bugs I could turn up in a search that
were similar to this were bug 9785 and bug 29042, both of which were resolved as
WORKFORME.

Steve Oliver, if you still see this in a newer build (you didn't provide a build
number in the original report), and you can provide a working testcase, please
feel free to reopen this bug.

Marking INVALID.
