Sheppy, is this a content issue?

I don't know what page he's referring to.
pieteru_insekai: Where are you using the {{APIListAlpha}} macro? Got a URL for me?
You will only see a list of links if there are subpages to the page you use it on.

It would be probably here.
https://developer.mozilla.org/id/docs/Web/API
You must either modify the template or use instead a static HTML.

I still don't understand the problem. As long as the content is put into position it ought to just work.

Are you trying to duplicate that page into the /id/ locale? That page itself is working fine as far as I can see...

@Seppy: No...I translated it into bahasa indonesia but I can not see the API list in Bahasa Indonesia page.

OK, the problem is that you're not specifying a backup locale when calling APIListAlpha, so since there are no subpages to the id/docs/Web/API page, there's no output.
(There was also a small bug in the macro, which I've now fixed).
I've changed the APIListAlpha invocation to:
{{APIListAlpha(1, "", "", "en-US")}}
This causes it to use the English pages when there are none translated into Bahasa Indonesia.
Also, on a personal note, I'm excited to see action on a Bahasa translation! I lived in Sumatra for five years as a child, so I've always had a special place in my heart for Indonesia. :)

Mr. Sheppy, what can I do so that problem never happen again? Is I do must backup into locale?

All you need to do is be sure to specify a backup locale when calling APIListAlpha, as shown in c#8. That will sub in links to that locale (usually English) if the pages are missing from your locale.

Oops. I made a later change to that page to fix a bug happening on English pages and broke the fix I'd made for you. Fixed again. :)
