The placeholders switch sides along with the rest of the toolbar items but OS X doesn't flip the Window controls with RTL AFAICT.

I vaguely remember problems with setting the ordinal group in CSS instead of using an attribute. Is this the case? Is this the case?

Tested quickly on Windows and OS X.

Never AFAICT. I searched online for over 20 minutes trying to find screenshots or instructions on getting the window controls on the other side and I was unsuccessful.

One could argue that the windows controls are in RTL mode all of the time (compared to Windows/Linux) :P
