this is back or is this a dup? ....windows 0626 br steps: launch composer enter a word and make it <b> Hit ENTER once to go to the next line Click on the bullet list button to add a bullet list item Observe that caret jumps back to the end of the previous line instead of showing a blank list item.

yes I see this on Mac also using 6/27 branch bits.
changing to ALL/ALL for os and platform.
