I know that some widgets still don't have small icons (bug 875488), but there is a bug with the History widget that already has one. Try to place it in the toolbar : it works fine. Place it anywhere else (menubar/bookmarks bar/tab strip) OMG whole icon set.

I thought the summary was about the number of history items. This is likely to be fixed by bug 877335 or when we get the correct toolbar icons.
