I uploaded a new version of an app.
Actual results:
It was not possible to enter a version note because the input field was not displayed.

We show the version notes field after you submit your new package and it's properly validated. Better STR are needed to confirm this bug.

I deleted the version and uploaded it again, now the version notes field is displayed.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
