879322 - Browser will sometimes stop updating screen until menu is opened

Steps to reproduce:

Browser is left open while computer is put to sleep. Upon waking the computer attempted to use browser again


Actual results:

The window of the browser would not update. If I switched to another app and came back to browser, screen would be repainted. If I clicked another tab, the window title would change to the correct tab name but the screen would not be repainted. If I then opened a menu (such as Help), the browser window would then be repainted to the correct tab.
This same behavior occurred for anything I did on the browser window... moving the scroll bar would have no effect on the window until I opened a menu, then it would repaint to the correct position of the scroll bar


Expected results:

Browser window should continue repainting as normal
