There are times when an SSL server will ask you for a client-auth certificate. 
If this is the first time you have performed a client-auth connection in that
session (or if you set your key-db timeout), the client will need to get (a)
your private key database password, and (b) the name of the cert you want to use
to authenticate yourself to the server.

These dialogs are currently separate.  It would be great if both questions were
asked inside the same dialog box.
