Currently /me displays a users makes.  Lets add the ability for a user to delete their account, and warn them when they do that it will delete all of their makes.

As discussed, this should be implemented as:

-a simple link to login.webmaker.org/user (or similar URL) and a text at the bottom of the dashboard that says "Want to delete your account?"
-a dead simple interface, with one option, for user deletion that is within the login app so that no new API endpoints are needed.
