Steps to reproduce:

I created an app for firefox os.. But whwn i looked in the firefox OS simulator my app was missing.


Actual results:

I fest after a long time that the manifest file which contains the app icon is greater than 128 pixel.. for whisch my app was not shown..


Expected results:

There need to be a default app icon so that even if the user uses a pic of pixel size more or less than 128 the app might be visible.
