An outlined lizard. Had to make it shorter to fit 32x32

Details 
Mozilla icon have the same color as standard Windows Desktop.
This makes it invisible when not selected. Only two dots
representing eyes are seen. Is it intentional?
How to fix: make thin black outline around green body of the lizard.
Marking as dup, will put suggestion in other bug too
