87988 - Manage Bookmarks Window forget size, appears tiny if closed while minimized

Using build 2001062611 on Win2K

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Manage Bookmarks Window
2. Minimize it
3. Right click it's item in the taskbar and select Close (doing this should not 
unminimize it).
4. From a browser window, open the Manage Bookmarks Window again

Result:
Window appears as only a short titlebar.  

The same results if you exit Mozilla and restart between steps 3 and 4.

Bookmarks Component.
