Bug 836233 (https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/36332ce24dd1) seems to have removed all references to the arrows.png images on all themes ( http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/search?string=arrows.png ), but the files are still there. We should remove them.
