https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=878140 turned off the "I believe you are logged in already, because I see a cookie that tells me so, so I will trigger the logged-in UI until persona says otherwise" functionality. Once the dev-dust has settled on login and the individual apps, we can reenable this and see where things break.
