8804 - need to click again for input

using 6/23 build of apprunner on all platforms

1) launch apprunner
2) launch editor
3) click anywhere in text to get into input mode.
4) click somewhere on the UI(toolbar)
5) now start typing.

no text appears. You have to click back in the document to
get back into text entry mode..The blinking cursor gives
the user a feeling that they can enter text, not the case though.

Since I didn't get the mail on this bug until I filed bug 8956, which has
the proper dependencies filled in, I'm going to mark this a dup.
