Not sure what is happening with the placement of the feature text & CTAs on this page, so I'm blocked on this until that is sorted out.

We're no longer having ctas on this page, as we've moved Event Guides into a button next to Add an Event, and the other ctas were redundant. We're also not having descriptive header text; want to keep the map functionality as high as possible, and the maker party banner already does a good job of helping show what this page is about. Erica Sackin and Matt agree the text is no longer needed. :)
