This is so a reindexing job on marketplace doesn't affect reindexing on AMO, and vice versa.

Rob, are you talking about the flagging/unflagging of the database, when a reindex is happening? Would you like to have a different flag for amo/mkt to be able to reindex both at the same time?

Yes, some way to know when AMO is reindexing vs MKT so they could potentially reindex at the same time w/o clashing.
