We had been using some of the "inverted window shade" roll-up signs to camouflage the ugly camera support stands in Salle des Fetes. However, event originators see the signage in the room as part of their event and therefore dismantle the signs (moving the camera stands in the process. This defeats any attempt and having a stable set of stored camera presets.

Let's use a different approach - I've submitted the following Servcie Now request:
Need 2 hollow BuzziFelt cylinders. Inside diameter 12in. Total height (including feet) 83 inches. Color should complement the decor of Salle des Fêtes. The cylinder should be supported by four feet to hold the bottom edge one inch above the floor to accommodate the passage of video and ethernet cables.
Service Now ticket number is WPR0013892
I put the Service Now ticket on hold. It turns out that unlike other Mozilla venues, many of the events in Salle des Fêtes are "standing" rather than "sitting". The cameras need to move higher, and the current stands aren't going to work for that. We need an entirely different solution.
