User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:24.0) Gecko/20130608 Firefox/24.0 (Nightly/Aurora) Build ID: 20130608031212 Steps to reproduce: Scrolled on a page. Actual results: The picture tore. Expected results: I'm running on a build after bug 856427 's patch was applied, I was expecting my screen to stop constantly tearing. However, the picture continues to tear, which is visually frustrating (and has been present for Years). This effects all clients without a WM that has forced vsync, and myself on Windows 7 as I'm not using Aero. Bug 700867 has similar data, this only seems to serially happen if Smooth Scrolling is enabled, which is the default for FireFox.

Yes, and I use Chrome full time now.

If this is only on Win7+no-Aero, I think this is S3 for us.
