I don't know if there's a preference that can be changed to make this happen, but I find it frustrating that I don't get CC'd to bugs after adding an attachment.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. View a bug that I'm not CC'd to
2. Click 'Add an attachment' and upload something
3. When the bug page reloads, check the CC list

Expected result:
----------------
I'm now added to the CC list, just like I would be if I'd posted a comment instead of an attachment.

Actual result:
--------------
I'm not added to the CC list. I have to remember to do it manually, and I'll probably forget (because I usually just comment on bugs and it's done automatically). So I end up missing future comments, due to not being notified of them.
this has been fixed in the next version of bugzilla.
