With the device being configured in Portuguese. 

In Settings > Cellular & Data > Avanced > Message Settings: 
- "Message Settings" title and menu are not localized

Regarding MMS feature, some of string are not localized yet.
In Message Settings tile & sub menu:
 - Text message confirmation & it's subitmes
 - Multimdeia messasing (MMS)& it's subitems

In new Leo build & the latest Gaia v1-train, it is reproduced.

Hi Leo ,

I am going to blocking-b2g:- these set of pt-Br traslation bugs, as based on my recent conversation with our L10n team the Portuguese-Brazil localizations for 1.1 are not complete yet and these strings localizations are on the radar of our L10n team and will be resolved as we are closer to completing the localization work.
